Don McLemore has invested in private companies and real estate for many years. Don has partnered with entrepreneurs and real estate developers, providing the structuring of the financing for the investors.

Don became a Certified Public Accountant in 1981 and worked in public accounting. In 1987, he became a partner and CFO of Massey Burch Investment Group, a venture capital firm. In 2002, he left and founded Claritas Capital, a private equity and real estate firm. After 21 years, he left Claritas Capital to work on his personal investments.

Don has served on many company boards both private and public. His long history in investing gives him expertise in structuring the legal and tax issues of various investment types.

Don has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University.
